1. Who are you as a trainer?
I’m passionate about training from a functional perspective. Because of injuries that I’ve had, I know the power that you hold when you eat and train for your life.

2. Who do you work with?
I love to work with anyone who is willing to push hard to change their body: any age, any goal, any lifestyle.

3. What mantra do you incorporate into your training?
It’s not where you start, it’s where you finish.

4. What can I expect?
My number one priority is your safety. I’ll push you hard and help you see what your body can do. I’m not your cheerleader, though. I have high expectations for you because the body doesn’t get better until it fails.
